Terms of service
Last updated: August 4, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SlayPharma.com and any related content, features, products, communications, and services offered through the website.
The website and store are operated by Slay Enterprises LLC, doing business as Slay Pharma, referred to in these Terms as “Slay Pharma,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you. Products may be manufactured, fulfilled, packaged, or shipped through Printify and independent third-party print providers.
By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting information, placing an order, or otherwise using the website or its services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all policies incorporated into them by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or place an order.
1. Incorporated Policies
The following policies form part of these Terms:
- Privacy Policy
- Shipping Policy
- Refund and Return Policy
- Any product-specific terms, disclosures, instructions, or restrictions shown on a product page
- Any additional policy or notice expressly incorporated into these Terms
When a product-specific disclosure conflicts with a general provision of these Terms, the more specific disclosure will ordinarily control for that product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The Privacy Policy controls concerning the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of personal information.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services or make a purchase.
If you are not the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
By placing an order on behalf of a business, organization, or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.
You may not use the Services where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Changes to the Services and These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time for legal, regulatory, security, operational, or business reasons.
The current version will be posted on the website with an updated revision date. Where legally required, additional notice will be provided.
Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where affirmative consent is legally required.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time, subject to applicable law.
4. Website Access and Accounts
Certain website features may require a customer account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current account information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of passwords and login credentials
- Restricting access to your account and devices
- Reviewing activity conducted through your account
- Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access
You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, or use another person’s account without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
5. Products and Made-to-Order Production
Most Slay Pharma products are made specifically for the customer after an order is placed.
Products may be manufactured and fulfilled by Printify or independent print providers selected through the Printify network.
Because production may begin shortly after checkout:
- Order changes are not guaranteed
- Cancellations are not guaranteed
- Product substitutions are not guaranteed
- Routine returns or exchanges for preference, sizing, color, or ordering mistakes are not offered except where required by law
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size charts, measurements, colors, quantities, designs, variants, personalization, and shipping information before completing an order.
Additional conditions are provided in our Refund and Return Policy.
6. Product Descriptions and Images
We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. However, photographs, digital mockups, videos, illustrations, measurements, and descriptions are provided for general representation.
Actual products may vary because of:
- Screen and device settings
- Lighting and photography
- Fabric composition
- Garment color
- Ink absorption
- Printing or embroidery methods
- Product dimensions
- Manufacturer tolerances
- Production location
- Material availability
- Product updates
- Normal variation between production runs
Colors displayed on a screen are not guaranteed to match physical colors exactly.
Minor differences in print placement, color, texture, stitching, construction, dimensions, or finish do not necessarily constitute defects.
We may correct product descriptions, specifications, images, or other information at any time.
7. Availability
Products, variants, sizes, colors, materials, fulfillment providers, and shipping services are subject to availability.
Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available or can be fulfilled in every destination.
We may:
- Limit quantities
- Restrict sales by customer, household, region, or jurisdiction
- Discontinue products or variants
- Change production partners
- Decline or cancel an order that cannot reasonably or lawfully be fulfilled
Where an order is canceled, we will provide any refund required by applicable law.
8. Prices, Taxes, and Errors
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change without notice.
The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed and accepted at checkout, subject to correction of clear errors and applicable law.
Prices may exclude:
- Shipping charges
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Value-added taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Foreign transaction fees
- Currency conversion costs
- Other governmental or third-party charges
Applicable charges will be displayed or assessed as required.
We reserve the right to correct errors involving:
- Pricing
- Discounts
- Product descriptions
- Availability
- Shipping charges
- Taxes
- Promotions
- Technical or typographical mistakes
If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue the legally required refund.
We are not obligated to fulfill an order at a clearly erroneous price where applicable law permits cancellation.
9. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that the order was received. It does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.
We may accept, decline, restrict, hold, or cancel an order for reasons that may include:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraud
- Unusual order activity
- Address or delivery problems
- Legal or regulatory restrictions
- Fulfillment limitations
- Violation of these Terms
- Events outside our reasonable control
We may request additional information before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Where an order is declined or canceled after payment, we will issue any refund required under applicable law and our policies.
10. Customer Information and Order Accuracy
You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate:
- Contact information
- Billing information
- Shipping information
- Payment information
- Product selections
- Account information
You are responsible for verifying all order details before checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional costs, loss, or production errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Submitting a change request does not guarantee that an order can be modified after it enters production or fulfillment.
11. Payments
Payment must be authorized and completed using a payment method offered at checkout.
Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, card networks, banks, or other third-party payment providers.
You authorize us and the applicable payment providers to charge the amounts shown at checkout, including applicable product prices, taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.
We may delay or cancel fulfillment when:
- Payment authorization fails
- Payment is reversed
- Fraud screening identifies a concern
- Additional verification is reasonably required
- The payment method is invalid or unauthorized
Payment providers operate under their own terms, privacy notices, and security procedures.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Production and delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Production time and transit time are separate.
Orders may:
- Be fulfilled by different print providers
- Ship from different locations
- Arrive in multiple packages
- Arrive on different dates
- Be delivered by different carriers
Carrier scans, tracking updates, customs processing, and delivery estimates are outside our direct control.
Detailed shipping conditions, including address responsibility, international charges, lost shipments, delivered packages, and returned packages, are contained in our Shipping Policy.
If these Terms conflict with the Shipping Policy on a shipping-specific issue, the Shipping Policy controls.
13. Returns, Exchanges, Defects, and Refunds
Made-to-order products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges based on:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Selecting the wrong color or product
- Buyer’s remorse
- A change of mind
- Personal preference
- Failure to review the product information
- A correctly produced item fitting differently than expected
Claims involving damage, manufacturing defects, misprints, or incorrect products must be submitted within 30 days after recorded delivery, unless applicable law requires a different period.
Claims must include the information and evidence described in our Refund and Return Policy.
Available remedies for an approved claim may include:
- Reprint
- Replacement
- Refund
- Partial refund
- Store credit
- Another reasonable remedy
We may select the remedy where permitted by law.
Do not return a product without written authorization. An address shown on a shipping label or elsewhere on the website is not automatically an authorized return address.
Our Refund and Return Policy controls return and refund matters.
14. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discounts, contests, giveaways, bundles, or special offers may be governed by additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Offers cannot be combined
- Offers have no cash value
- Discounts do not apply retroactively
- Offers may be modified or discontinued
- Eligibility may be limited
- A discount may be rejected when used fraudulently or contrary to its terms
We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by a material error, abuse, manipulation, or technical malfunction, subject to applicable law.
15. Gift Cards
Gift cards are subject to any additional conditions displayed when purchased.
Gift cards:
- May not be exchanged for cash except where required by law
- May not be resold without permission
- Must not be used for unlawful purposes
- Are the customer’s responsibility after delivery
- May be canceled where fraud or unauthorized use is reasonably suspected
Applicable law controls expiration, dormancy, redemption, and cash-out rights.

You remain responsible for evaluating information and obtaining qualified professional guidance where appropriate.
17. Plant Medicine and Controlled-Substance Content

Legal status, medical risk, traditional context, and individual circumstances vary.
Nothing on the website should be interpreted as replacing emergency services, licensed medical care, mental-health care, legal advice, or other qualified support.

This license ends where required by applicable law or where we agree to remove the material, except for copies already lawfully distributed or retained for legal and operational purposes.
We are not obligated to publish, maintain, compensate, or respond to any submission.
We may remove or moderate submissions at our discretion where permitted by law.

Your use of a third-party service is at your own discretion and may create a separate agreement between you and that third party.
A link or integration does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
23. Optional Tools and Future Features
We may provide access to tools, integrations, artificial-intelligence features, recommendations, quizzes, forms, or other services offered by third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such tools are provided without warranties or guarantees from Slay Pharma.
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms and deciding whether to use them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
26. Limitation of Liability

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
27. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Slay Pharma, Slay Enterprises LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, suppliers, fulfillment partners, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, cancel an account, restrict future purchases, or refuse service where reasonably necessary to:
- Protect security
- Prevent fraud
- Enforce these Terms
- Comply with law
- Address abuse

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including intellectual-property, payment, disclaimer, liability, indemnification, dispute, and governing-law provisions.
30. Governing Law
These Terms and transactions governed by them are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
The choice of Oregon law is intended to be express and conspicuous.
31. Venue and Disputes
Before filing a legal claim, the parties are encouraged to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally.
A customer may begin that process by emailing:
Include:
- Full name
- Order number, if applicable
- Description of the dispute
- Relevant evidence
- Requested resolution
Unless applicable law permits or requires another forum, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Lane County, Oregon, or the applicable federal court serving that area.
This section does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or exercising a mandatory consumer right in another legally available forum.
32. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or waives a consumer right, warranty, remedy, withdrawal right, cancellation right, or other protection that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
Where a provision conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law controls only to the extent of the conflict.
33. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or modified as necessary to make it enforceable.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
34. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver is effective only when made in writing by an authorized representative of Slay Pharma.
35. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, change in control, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.
36. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and disclosures incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Slay Pharma concerning the Services and replace prior agreements or representations addressing the same subject.
