Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges because of sizing, color preference, ordering mistakes, or a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email Scott.Slay@SlayPharma.com within 30 days of recorded delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
