Because this category may include different garment blanks and fulfillment partners, hood construction, pockets, drawcords, seam details, fleece weight, and print method may vary by style, color, size, and production location. Fit may be classic, relaxed, or unisex depending on the garment blank. Compare the chest width, body length, and sleeve length in the product’s size chart with a hoodie or sweatshirt you already wear. Account for any clothing you plan to layer underneath. Do not rely on your usual size label alone. Slight measurement differences may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.

Fiber content, fleece type, fabric weight, lining, and surface feel vary by garment blank, color, and production partner. Depending on the selected product, materials may include cotton, polyester, recycled fibers, or blended fabrics. Some colors and styles may use a different composition. Turn the garment inside out before washing and close zippers or fasteners when present. Machine wash cold with similar colors using mild detergent. Avoid bleach and high heat. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the printed design. Follow the sewn-in care label whenever it provides different instructions.

Each item is made when you order it. This helps reduce waste and keeps each design fresh, but it also means production time is needed before shipping.

Returns & Issues

Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges because of sizing, color preference, ordering mistakes, or a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email Scott.Slay@SlayPharma.com within 30 days of recorded delivery with your order number and clear photographs.
