Each shirt is made to order for the design and variant selected. Because the Slay Pharma shirt catalog includes multiple garment blanks and fulfillment partners, cut, stitching, collar construction, fabric feel, and print method may vary by style, color, size, and production location. Review the product images, selected variant, size chart, product description, and Product Disclosures for the exact item being ordered. Minor variations in print placement, scale, color, and finish are normal in made-to-order production.

Fit varies by garment and may range from retail or classic to relaxed or unisex. Use the size chart shown on this product page and compare its width and length with a shirt you already own. Do not select a size by the label alone. Measurements may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances. Choose according to the measurements and the amount of room you prefer.

Fiber content varies by garment blank, color, size, and production partner. Depending on the selected variant, materials may include cotton, polyester, recycled fibers, or blended fabrics. Heather and specialty colors often use a different composition than solid colors. Refer to the product-specific description, sewn-in label, and Product Disclosures for the exact material blend.

To help preserve the garment and printed design, turn the shirt inside out before washing. Machine wash cold with similar colors using mild detergent. Avoid bleach and excessive heat. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the printed design. Follow the sewn-in care label whenever it differs from this general guidance.

Each item is produced after you place your order. Please review all product details, variants, measurements, and size information before completing checkout.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges because of sizing, color preference, ordering mistakes, or a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email Scott.Slay@SlayPharma.com within 30 days of recorded delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Please review our full Returns & Refunds Policy before ordering.

Please understand, we are happy to replace items that arrive damaged or not in the ordered design or size but cannot refund or replace items due to ordering the wrong size or deciding you would prefer a different color.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
we can only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or with errors.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
